Return & Exchange Policy
At Organic Creationz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase., however, we cannot accept returns due to the fragile nature of the plants. If your package arrives damaged due to the postal carrier, please take pictures and record an unboxing video if possible and send them to our email address. We cannot be held liable for the package being mishandled, but we can assist in filing a claim with USPS, if applicable. If your plants and/or items arrived damaged due to poor packaging, please reach out to us with pictures and an unboxing video if possible, and we will make it right.
